On October 24, 2022, a meeting was held in Bishkek with the director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, U.T. Temiraliev, and more than 100 representatives of the business community.
The purpose of this meeting was to engage in an open dialogue with the business community on a wide range of issues related to the current state of the investment sphere, to inform about the Action Plans of the National Investment Agency for the near future, and to develop joint measures to enhance the country's investment and export potential.
During the meeting, participants exchanged views on possible measures to support businesses, the preparatory stage for attracting investments, foreign markets and channels for promoting investment projects and public-private partnership projects, existing tax and customs concessions in priority sectors of the Kyrgyz Republic's economy, as well as the protection and support of investment projects and public-private partnership projects.
