As part of systematic efforts to enhance the investment potential of the regions and in accordance with the instructions of the head of the National Agency, Ravshanbek Sabirov, representatives of the National Agency traveled to the regions on a working visit.
The main goal of the visit was to study the implementation of investment projects, investigate the process of investment absorption in 2026, discuss relevant issues with regional leadership and investors, and identify additional measures to create favorable conditions for attracting and implementing investments.
During the meeting, representatives of the National Agency held a working meeting with the leadership of Batken region, familiarizing themselves with the progress of projects related to the construction of solar power plants, residential complexes, the development of a municipal market in the city of Kyzyl-Kiya under the PPP (public-private partnership) mechanism, the production of aerated concrete blocks, bricks, construction glue, liquid and granular materials, as well as the extraction and processing of antimony.
The efforts of the National Agency and the authorized representation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken region are aimed at achieving concrete results — operational enterprises, new productions, newly created jobs, and infrastructure development. At the same time, it is important to enhance the capacity of local government bodies to ensure that more quality investment and PPP projects emerge in the regions.
