The village government of the Tölös rural area in the Nookat district of Osh region invites interested parties to participate in the competition for the "Buzhuy" ethno-recreational complex organization PPP project.

The project initiator is "Ata Stroy Group" LLC.

The project involves the construction of a modern "Buzhuy" ethno-recreational complex that operates year-round in the territory of Abshyr village in the Tölös rural area of the Nookat district of Osh region.

The implementation of the project is expected to construct a new complex in place of the current pioneer camp, taking into account modern requirements for construction development, architectural beauty, functionality, and convenience.

The proposed complex will be a modern architectural object that integrates business, public, cultural, and commercial infrastructure into a unified space. The project aims to create a high-quality recreational environment that fosters business activity development, attracts investments, and expands the cultural and tourism development opportunities of the region.

The deadline for submitting proposals to participate in the competition is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date this invitation is published.
