Today, on July 28, in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz-Uzbek business forum is taking place within the framework of the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, to the Kyrgyz Republic. The event is organized jointly by the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Uzbek side.
"Investment cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan is being elevated to a qualitatively new level today. The Kyrgyz-Uzbek business forum serves as an effective platform for establishing direct connections among business representatives of both countries, initiating new investment projects, and expanding industrial cooperation. We are ready to continue our joint efforts to support mutually beneficial initiatives and create favorable conditions for investors," noted Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The forum is an important platform aimed at expanding investment cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, establishing new business connections, and promoting joint projects.
The business program of the forum gathered representatives from government agencies, development institutions, financial organizations, chambers of commerce and industry, industry associations, and the business community in one place. Participants are discussing issues related to attracting investment, establishing joint productions, developing industrial cooperation, improving transport and logistics infrastructure, as well as cooperation in the agro-industrial complex and pharmaceutical sectors.
