The National Agency for Investments under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic monitored the construction of a five-star hotel complex being built on the shore of Issyk-Kul Lake in the village of Kara-Oy, Issyk-Kul region.

During the business trip, representatives of the National Agency for Investments under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic familiarized themselves with the current state of construction works, discussed the progress of the ongoing works, and the next steps for completing the construction of the facility.

The hotel complex is being built within the framework of cooperation between the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The project aims to develop the tourist infrastructure in the region.

The complex will include hotel rooms of various categories, conference halls, public dining facilities, recreation and wellness areas. The facility is intended to accommodate tourists, official delegations, business representatives, and participants of international events.

The monitoring was conducted by the National Agency for Investments under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Investments and the Government Resolution No. 503 dated October 26, 2018. The project is included in the Register of Investment Projects.

Currently, installation and finishing works are ongoing at the site. The main construction structures of the building have been completed, and interior and exterior finishing works, as well as the installation of engineering communications and technological equipment, are being carried out.

The construction of the hotel complex will contribute to the development of the tourist infrastructure in the Issyk-Kul region, create new jobs, and expand opportunities for attracting investments in the tourism sector.
