The Deputy Head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Damirbek Bikulov, visited the innovative IT center in Manas city as part of monitoring the implementation of public-private partnership projects.
The project is being implemented under a public-private partnership (PPP) framework, aimed at developing IT education, supporting the professional community, and preparing specialists that meet the demands of the labor market.
The public partner of the project is the Manas city municipality, while the private partner is 'IT Ran' LLC. The PPP agreement was signed on April 27, 2024, for a period of 30 years. The total investment amounts to 20 million 445 thousand soms.
The project includes the implementation of educational programs in the IT field, conducting practical lessons, master classes, and hackathons, as well as developing cooperation with educational institutions and companies in the region.
The IT center was officially opened on April 12, 2024, with the participation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and is currently operating in regular mode.
The implementation of the project contributes to the development of the IT ecosystem in the region and expands opportunities for training qualified personnel.
