Today, May 22, a tripartite agreement was signed for the implementation of the public-private partnership project "Construction of the international level 'Relax-Inn' innovative hotel complex in Karakol."

The parties to the agreement included the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the state enterprise 'Issyk-Kul' Unified Management Company, and 'Kedra' LLC.

The project aims to construct a modern hotel complex of international standards by introducing innovative, digital, and energy-saving technologies. It will also be implemented through the DBFOMT model of the PPP mechanism, with a total investment estimated at approximately 5 million USD, fully financed by the private partner's funds.

"Developing modern tourist infrastructure is one of the priority directions of state investment policy. The implementation of this project will enhance the tourist attractiveness of the Issyk-Kul region, create new jobs, and attract additional investments to the area," noted Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
