The 10th International Forum on Public-Private Partnership organized by UNECE is taking place in Barcelona. The goal of the forum is to enhance PPP mechanisms, introduce innovative financing models, and strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors in achieving sustainable development goals.
Representatives from government agencies and business are representing the Kyrgyz Republic at this forum.
The Deputy Head of the Agency, J. Zheenaliev, spoke at a plenary session dedicated to gender equality and inclusive development issues. He discussed current directions in the country regarding expanding women's economic opportunities, implementing principles of equality in investment policy, and strengthening the role of women leaders in PPP projects.
Kyrgyzstan's participation in the forum facilitates strengthening cooperation with international partners, introducing best practices in PPP, and attracting long-term investments to the country's economy.
