Today, on April 21, the head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ravshanbek Sabirov, met with representatives of Guipai Holding Group, Hunan Jingwei Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. from the People's Republic of China, and 'Investfond Tengri Invest' LLC.
During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation issues in the fields of construction, real estate development, and the implementation of infrastructure projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. They also considered projects related to attracting investment for residential construction, developing modern urban complexes, and enhancing engineering and social infrastructure.
During the negotiations, it was noted that the companies have moved to the practical stage and have implemented initial investments in several land plots within the framework of the ongoing projects. The companies expressed their interest in implementing projects in Kyrgyzstan and requested special attention to legal protection of investments, business sustainability, and the anticipated conditions, as well as state guarantees.
"The Kyrgyz Republic provides legal guarantees for the protection of investments and equal conditions for all investors. We are consistently working to create an open and stable investment environment and provide support at all stages of project implementation," said Ravshanbek Sabirov.
Company representatives noted that they have over 25 years of experience in the real estate and industrial production sectors and are actively participating in international projects, including those under the 'One Belt, One Road' initiative.
As a result of the meeting, the parties expressed their interest in further developing cooperation and agreed to continue working on joint investment initiatives.
