As a result of the competitive selection held within the framework of the "Development of Public Sanitary Facilities in Bishkek" public-private partnership (PPP) project, "Export Plus" LLC and R. Bekboeva were declared the winners of the competition.
The competition was announced by the City Economy Department of the Bishkek City Hall to attract a private partner for organizing public sanitary facilities in places with high foot traffic, including ensuring accessibility for people with limited mobility.
Within the framework of the project, the private partner is expected to construct, equip, and operate a network of modern public sanitary facilities in key areas of Bishkek (central streets, parks, squares, large markets, bus and railway stations, and other crowded places).
The private partner will finance, design, construct, and operate the facilities during the term of the agreement, and after the term ends, the facilities will be transferred to the ownership of the Bishkek City Hall.
In the first phase, at least 5 public sanitary facilities will be organized by the private partners throughout Bishkek, and in the future, their number will increase depending on demand and the need for placement.
