Due to the re-approval of the competition documents, the Issyk-Ata District State Administration, in cooperation with the Public-Private Partnership Center, announces a competition for selecting a private partner for the public-private partnership project "Construction of a two-line concrete mixing plant in the Issyk-Ata district of Chui region" and invites all potential participants to take part in the competition.

The project involves the construction and commissioning of a modern concrete plant with two production lines HZS240, with a capacity of 480 cubic meters per hour (240 cubic meters per line), as well as the establishment of a scientific laboratory to control the quality of construction mixtures and improve their characteristics. The public-private partnership object is located on a land plot of no more than 5 hectares in the village of Jaiylma in the Issyk-Ata district of Chui region. The main goal of the project is to create a modern plant for producing concrete mixtures to meet the current demand for construction materials.
