National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Familiarizes with the Implementation of the "Hua Rui" Project

The National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic monitored the investment project "Hua Rui" for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete with an annual capacity of 300,000 m3 in the Issyk-Ata district of Chui region. Director Ravshanbek Sabirov reviewed the current state of construction and discussed key implementation stages with the company's management. According to the new "Investment Law", the agency monitors investment projects and ensures investor rights protection. Significant work has been completed: construction works on 8000 m2 are finished, foundation preparation for technological equipment is at 90%, production building is 90% ready, equipment installation is 60% complete, autoclaves and other equipment are installed. The "Hua Rui" project is strategically important for regional economic growth and improving the country's investment climate.
