On September 15, 2025, the Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ravshanbek Sabirov, familiarized himself with the activities of the "Bishkek" free economic zone to assess the current state of facilities, implement investment projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory legal acts.
During a working meeting with the leadership and residents of the Bishkek SEZ, issues of developing the investment climate, supporting entrepreneurs, as well as prospects for expanding and modernizing the production capacities of operating enterprises were discussed.
After the meeting, the head of the National Agency visited several enterprises engaged in production activities and implementing investment projects, including:
* LLC "GUMA" – production of sewing threads. Investment volume – 404 million soms, an additional 496 million soms is planned.
* LLC "Konurat Trade" – production of viscose napkins. Investments – 126 million soms.
