Today, July 28, 2025, the fifth meeting of the Intergovernmental Kyrgyz-Pakistani Commission on Trade, Economic, and Scientific-Technical Cooperation took place.
The meeting was attended by Damirbek Bikulov, Deputy Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. In his speech, he presented the investment potential of Kyrgyzstan, highlighting priority areas for foreign investments — tourism, energy, agriculture, industry, transport, and logistics. Special attention was given to state support measures and the creation of favorable conditions for investors.
A key outcome of the meeting was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Investment Council of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The document aims to develop bilateral cooperation, implement joint projects, and expand collaboration in priority sectors of the economy.
