The draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Investments aims to regulate the legal relations of investors when making direct investments, as well as to establish the principles of the state investment policy. It defines guarantees for ensuring the rights of investors, mechanisms for protecting the interests of investors, and the activities of state bodies and local self-government bodies in attracting investments.
