This Privacy Policy describes how the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (NIA) collects, uses, and protects personal data on the official website and the Investment AIS component (invest.gov.kg).
1. مقررات کلی
NAI به حق حریم خصوصی هر بازدیدکننده وبسایت invest.gov.kg احترام میگذارد. این سیاست مطابق با قوانین جمهوری قرقیزستان، از جمله قانون «درباره دادههای شخصی» و قانون «درباره مدیریت الکترونیکی» تدوین شده است.
2. دادههایی که جمعآوری میکنیم
هنگام بازدید از وبسایت، بهطور خودکار موارد زیر جمعآوری میشوند: آدرس IP، نوع و نسخه مرورگر، سیستم عامل، تاریخ و زمان بازدید، صفحات مشاهدهشده و منبع ارجاع. هنگام پر کردن فرمهای تماس، کاربر میتواند داوطلبانه موارد زیر را ارائه دهد: نام، آدرس ایمیل، شماره تلفن و متن درخواست.
3. اهداف پردازش دادهها
دادههای جمعآوریشده برای موارد زیر استفاده میشوند: تضمین عملکرد وبسایت و بهبود کیفیت خدمات؛ نگهداری آمار بازدید؛ پردازش درخواستها و پرسشهای کاربران؛ تضمین امنیت منابع اطلاعاتی.
4. حفاظت از دادههای شخصی
آژانس اقدامات سازمانی و فنی لازم را برای حفاظت از دادههای شخصی در برابر دسترسی غیرمجاز، تغییر، افشا یا تخریب اتخاذ میکند. دسترسی به دادههای شخصی تنها توسط کارکنان مجاز در چارچوب وظایف شغلی امکانپذیر است.
5. Processors and third parties
Personal data may be processed by authorized suppliers on behalf of NIA: hosting and database — G-Cloud (state cloud, KR); email — NIA SMTP; staff notifications — Telegram (where the user chooses that channel); IP geo-analytics — ip-api.com (pseudonymized). Sensitive personal data are not transferred to foreign providers. Other cases — as required by KR law or with the data subject's consent.
6. Cookies and analytics
سایت از کوکیهای ضروری (زبان، جلسه) استفاده میکند. آمار بازدید تنها پس از پذیرش بنر کوکی جمعآوری میشود. شما میتوانید تحلیلها را رد کنید و به استفاده از سایت ادامه دهید؛ غیرفعال کردن کوکیها در مرورگر ممکن است برخی ویژگیها را محدود کند.
7. User rights
You may: obtain information about processing; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent; object to processing. Send requests to mail@invest.gov.kg. Response timeframes follow KR law and NIA internal rules.
8. Retention periods
Form and chat inquiries — up to 3 years from the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law. Forum registrations — for the event period and up to 1 year after, then deletion or anonymization. Analytics — aggregated, up to 24 months.
9. Forum and event registration
Forum registration may require full name, position, organization, contacts, passport data, date of birth, and a photo for badges. Legal basis — consent (checkbox in the form). Data are stored in the AIS on G-Cloud infrastructure. Withdraw consent via mail@invest.gov.kg.
10. Artificial intelligence
ممکن است از OpenAI برای طبقهبندی پرسشها و تولید پاسخهای چت استفاده شود. تنها متن حذفشده به هوش مصنوعی ارسال میشود (بدون دادههای پاسپورت، شماره مدارک، تاریخ تولد یا سایر دادههای حساس شخصی). دادههای کامل شخصی تنها در سیستمهای NIA واقع در جمهوری قرقیزستان پردازش میشوند.

12. Changes to this policy
NIA may update this Policy. The current version is published at invest.gov.kg/privacy-policy. Material changes will be announced on the website.
13. Children and minors
invest.gov.kg is not intended for persons under 18. Forum registration verifies date of birth: persons under 14 cannot register (Digital Code art. 81 — children's data only with parental consent). Contact forms require confirmation of age 18+. For questions about minors — mail@invest.gov.kg.
