This Privacy Policy describes how the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (NIA) collects, uses, and protects personal data on the official website and the Investment AIS component (invest.gov.kg).
1. Disposiciones generales
La NAI respeta el derecho a la privacidad de cada visitante del sitio web invest.gov.kg. La presente Política ha sido elaborada de conformidad con la legislación de la República Kirguisa, incluida la Ley «Sobre los datos personales» y la Ley «Sobre la administración electrónica».
2. Qué datos recopilamos
Al visitar el sitio web se recopilan automáticamente: dirección IP, tipo y versión del navegador, sistema operativo, fecha y hora de la visita, páginas vistas y fuente de referencia. Al completar los formularios de contacto, el usuario puede proporcionar voluntariamente: nombre, dirección de correo electrónico, número de teléfono y texto de la consulta.
3. Finalidades del tratamiento de datos
Los datos recopilados se utilizan para: garantizar el funcionamiento del sitio web y mejorar la calidad del servicio; llevar estadísticas de visitas; procesar consultas y solicitudes de los usuarios; garantizar la seguridad de los recursos informáticos.
4. Protección de datos personales
La ANI adopta las medidas organizativas y técnicas necesarias para proteger los datos personales contra el acceso no autorizado, modificación, divulgación o destrucción. Solo el personal autorizado tiene acceso a los datos personales en el marco del cumplimiento de sus funciones laborales.
5. Processors and third parties
Personal data may be processed by authorized suppliers on behalf of NIA: hosting and database — G-Cloud (state cloud, KR); email — NIA SMTP; staff notifications — Telegram (where the user chooses that channel); IP geo-analytics — ip-api.com (pseudonymized). Sensitive personal data are not transferred to foreign providers. Other cases — as required by KR law or with the data subject's consent.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies (language, session). Visit statistics are collected only after you accept the cookie banner. You may decline analytics and continue using the site; disabling cookies in the browser may limit some features.
7. User rights
You may: obtain information about processing; request correction or deletion; withdraw consent; object to processing. Send requests to mail@invest.gov.kg. Response timeframes follow KR law and NIA internal rules.
8. Retention periods
Form and chat inquiries — up to 3 years from the last interaction unless a longer period is required by law. Forum registrations — for the event period and up to 1 year after, then deletion or anonymization. Analytics — aggregated, up to 24 months.
9. Forum and event registration
Forum registration may require full name, position, organization, contacts, passport data, date of birth, and a photo for badges. Legal basis — consent (checkbox in the form). Data are stored in the AIS on G-Cloud infrastructure. Withdraw consent via mail@invest.gov.kg.
10. Artificial intelligence
OpenAI may be used to classify inquiries and generate chat replies. Only redacted text is sent to AI (no passport data, document numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive personal data). Full personal data are processed only in NIA systems located in the Kyrgyz Republic.

12. Changes to this policy
NIA may update this Policy. The current version is published at invest.gov.kg/privacy-policy. Material changes will be announced on the website.
13. Children and minors
invest.gov.kg is not intended for persons under 18. Forum registration verifies date of birth: persons under 14 cannot register (Digital Code art. 81 — children's data only with parental consent). Contact forms require confirmation of age 18+. For questions about minors — mail@invest.gov.kg.
