Reception schedule

Note:

In the event of the director’s excused absence, citizens are received by their deputies. Citizens arriving from remote regions of the Kyrgyz Republic are entitled to an unscheduled appointment. Refusal to receive is unacceptable. The National Agency’s public reception office is open to citizens on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM).
